rctic wolves are a sub-species of the timber wolves. They live on the arctic islands of Canada and the north and east shores of Greenland. They adapt very well to cold climates and their white fur serves as camouflage.

TIMBER WOLVES

his legendary animal is a favorite of the Park. Timber wolves are the largest
of the canine family in North America (66-97 cm at the shoulder).They are
generally a grey colour but can vary from white to black. These wolves are sociable and live in a highly hierarchal pack.
